Brace yourselves for a journey to space and back. This spiritual yet sweaty asana adventure is a yoga experience -- a carefully curated blend of graceful yet challenging Dharma yoga, and high-flying
ashtanga-inspired Rocket flow. Explore new boundaries and deeper limits, deconstructing poses step-by-step, with variations for all levels. After flipping your world upside, we'll land gently and bust out some pranayama to explore, expand and energize both mind and body. All students are welcome. |
