This class is a shared journey through mindfulness meditation to explore how to become vibrantly present in one’s own experience of life. Led by Reid Robison, psychiatrist, entrepreneur and brain researcher, this weekly meditation experience will draw from a wide range of traditions, both old and new, spiritual and secular, and cover various topics including: 1) understanding the inner workings of the brain, 2) training the mind, 3) liberating ourselves in order to life more fully and open our hearts with loving kindness towards ourselves and everyone we encounter. |
